The preferred applicant will:
Manage complex schedules;
Arrange meetings with clients, conference calls – internal /external;
Organise travels with visa processing;
Process expenses and compliance approvals;
Working within a team of assistants;
Support external candidates from other locations when on-site;
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates must have:
Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment;
Take ownership of your own work;
A self-sufficient personality;
Experience with Concur;
Banking experience (desirable).
Excellent, oral and written communications skill (ability to lead meetings);
Analytical, organization skills and attention to details;
Works inter-dependently — enjoy working with little or no supervision;
Excellent computer skills and sound knowledge of MS OFFICE
Attention to detail, proactive, ability to negotiate.
