Hitachi Plant Services Co., LTD. (the “Business”) is a multinational company that was incorporated about 2 decades ago in Singapore. It is an integrated engineering firm that undertakes dedicated and turnkey projects in building services, such as building management, electrical and lighting, air-conditioning, fire and security and ventilation systems; environmental control and protection systems including clean rooms, bio-clean rooms, energy management (ESCO); water treatment and recycling; power plant construction and installation of general equipment and systems; plant engineering and construction from design to facility commissioning; and more.
The preferred applicant will:
Assist the Project Manager in the daily operations;
Coordinate the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization’s project and solutions;
Be responsible for site administration which includes site safety and control of materials/plants on-site;
Manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors;
Coordinate and supervise to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule;
Communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a regular basis;
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates should have:
Minimum of an ITE Certificate/Diploma in Engineering/Construction or it’s equivalent;
At least 2 years of relevant working in building construction industry;
Experience in the construction materials industry.
Analytical, organization, financial management skills and attention to details;
Excellent, oral and written communications skill (ability to lead meetings);
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice;
Works inter-dependently — enjoy working with little or no supervision.
