The Drilling and Downhole Segment includes our Subsea products. While the Completions segment includes Stimulation & Intervention and Coiled Tubing products, and the Production segment includes itS Valves Product lines.
This position will provide general administrative support to the business including finance, indirect procurement, Supplier relationship, and Customer administration. The preferred applicant will assist with:
Service quotations preparation based on external customer’s request and correspondence
Registering and filing various certification documentation
Creating and coordinating operating manuals and documentation packs
Updating weekly schedule sheets as assigned by the Service team
Developing skills and knowledge to provide cover for absent departmental colleagues as required
Working in line with service coordinators
Keeping all trackers and documentation up to date
Making sure technicians are briefed/de-briefed for each job
Ensuring technicians visas/IDs are always up-to-date
Carry out other duties as directed by the Service Manager
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates should have:
Previous experience of working within a Service department (Desirable)
Previous administration experience
Minimum of High School education.
Excellent administration skills with a high standard of accuracy, consistency and confidentiality
Analytical, organization skills and attention to details;
Superb communication skills, verbal and written
Strong customer focus
Works inter-dependently — enjoy working with little or no supervision
Be Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS OFFICE.
