Salary – $6,000 monthly
The preferred applicant will:
Manage all the utilities work for LTA Project, including management of approval, process and documentation;
Liaise with utility agency and authorities such as Singtel, PUB, SPPG and other telecom agencies on matters related to services, relocation, installation of utility and services;
Prepare documentation for submission including method statements, safe work procedures, risk assessments and more;
Identify and locate utility services on-site through services plans prior to any construction work;
Be in-charge of permits to work approval, submission of engineering proposals and design for approval construction;
Supervise utility diversion and trail trench works on site;
Supervise construction work on-site to ensure reasonably practicable utilities protection & damage preventive measures are implemented and followed up;
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates should have:
Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering/Construction or its equivalent;
At least 2 years of relevant working in building construction industry;
Experience as subcontractors for telecommunication or Singapore Power Grid projects are welcomed.
Analytical, organization, financial management skills and attention to details;
Excellent, oral and written communications skill (ability to lead meetings);
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice;
Works inter-dependently — enjoy working with little or no supervision.
