Job Responsibilities

The applicant will:

Carry out EPC’s on domestic properties;

Undertake property assessments including Inventories, Check Ins, Check Outs, Mid Term Visits, Property Audit Reports;

Meet daily targets and consistently submit accurate reports daily;

Build effective relationships with clients and customers in your area;

Liaise with Head Office to resolve day to day issues with bookings and/or clients;

Attend training sessions as required (Wales);

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Experience

Successful candidates should have:

Minimum of ‘A-level’ or equivalent experience.

Analytical, organization, and problem solving skills;

Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in plain language;

Ability to use technology and learn software programs as needed
