The customer Service Representatives are also known as the call center representatives. As a customer service representative, you will be respobsible for interacting with customers to process orders, handle complaints, and provide information about an organization’s products and services. They also help businesses develop strong relationships with their clients. The Customer Service Representatives also assist in the efficient and accurate entering of all requests using proprietary software as well as acknowledging and documenting all complaints and/or issues while providing unique and superior customer service to customers.

Communicating and interacting with clients and customers concerning their experiences with a product or service;
Providing answers to client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service;
Taking or processing orders for a product or service according to the firms proceedings;
